📦 Order Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy

🔹 Order Cancellation

• Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

• After 24 hours or once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

• To cancel an order, please submit a request through our Cancel Order page or contact our support team.

🔹 Replacement Policy

• Replacement is available only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Wrong items received

• Customers must request replacement within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided.

🔹 Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
